It is our primary goal to make a difference in the lives we touch by providing superior services in the most relaxing environment possible. 

Reservations and Check-In

To ensure that you acquire the desired appointments, we recommend that you book your appointments as far in advance as possible. 

First time clients: In our efforts to go green, we have transitioned to a paperless spa. Paperwork will be sent (in advance) via email and we request forms be filled out in advance. If you were unable to do so, please arrive 15-20 minutes prior to the start of your appointment.

Late arrivals: While we will do our best to accommodate all late arrivals, please be advised that the appointment time may be modified to fit the schedule. In the event that you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be rescheduled and you may be subject to a fee. We respect the time of our clients equally and therefore require that all appointments end at the scheduled time. 

Children: We ask that you leave your little ones at home. Allow us to take care of you, so that you may better take care of your family. 

Cancellation Policy

Your treatments at our spa are reserved exclusively for you. We appreciate your business and request the same care and consideration that is given to you be returned to our staff and other guests. To provide a superlative experience to all parties involved, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance should you need to cancel. 

Cancellations received with less than 24 hours of notice are subject to a cancellation fee, not to exceed the cost of the scheduled service. Guests who miss their appointments without giving proper notification will be charged in full for the scheduled service. 

We understand that time for guests and staff is valuable and have implemented this policy with purpose. When an appointment is missed with us, we not only lose the business you provide, but also the potential business of other guests who could have scheduled an appointment during that time slot. For these reasons, we are obligated to compensate our staff for their time, as well as make up for lost revenue. 

When an appointment is scheduled with us, you are agreeing to these policies. All services require a form of payment to be kept on file when booking. You will not be charged unless there is a violation of this policy. You  may choose your method of payment upon checking out. 

Cell Phones

Please place cell phones on silent during all treatments. It is our priority to give you a moment to relax and focus on your well being. Phone disturbances interrupt the tranquility of the atmosphere and service. Cell phone use may also affect the length of your appointment.

Prices and Services

Prices and services are subject to change at any time. We will do our best to keep you informed of any changes, but encourage you to inquire about pricing before receiving any service. 

Packages

We are unable to process any returns or reimbursements for any packages or memberships purchased. We will allow any credit on an account to be put towards product purchase or additional service. 

Membership contract dictates that a 30-day cancellation or freeze notice is required before any such action goes into effect. 

Gratuity

Gratuity is not included in any spa service, membership, or package. Customary tipping is 15% - 20%, but of course, at your discretion. Cash, check, or credit card is accepted. 

Personal belongings

Please leave all jewelry and valuable items at home. Beauty by Allison and Glo Med Spa are not responsible for lost or misplaced items.
